A, E, O, U.... but no I, for some reason

Before you continue reading, please know this is my last post.

In March of 2009, when I was merely nine or ten years old, I saw a commercial on television. It showed a owl, a wizard, and a cruel-looking man with a weird beard (Malistare still freaks me out today...). Curious, I snuck on the computer and went to the website it had on TV. I was greeted with "Save The Spiral!" Hesitantly, I downloaded the game and began to play until dinnertime, too embaressed to talk about the game. At school the next day, I talked to my friend at the time--who I'll call Ashley, for the sake of her name always wanting to be that-- about the game. Ashley had seen the commercial, too, and downloaded it. After school, we were leveling our ways throughout Krokotopia and Wizard City. Unfortunately, I was the one who had to pay for the crowns to get us there. It was expensive, and when I confronted her about it, she straightout said "Fine then. If you won't pay, I won't play."
I was happy, actually.
Time passed, and I was no longer hestitant to talk and play the game. I was viewed as a social outcast in school, and my first Facebook account--last year-- had my wizard name in it. I was just that obsessive, to use the account for both IRL and Wizarding-ness.
And soon enough at the end of the year, marking the time where I was going downhill--well, you know, sad-y Amber. I think we all know about that. I was caught up with school bullies (whew, that's over, thank god), an anorexic friend, and a generally crappy view of life.
But all started to get cleared up this school year. New people have helped me come out of my shell, try out in a play (which I didn't make because stage fright), and try making friends... sucessfully.
In the midst of this all, I began to loose interest in Wizard101. The details suddenly didn't seem so awesome, and everything ran by me in a blur. The shadow of the game I started when I was a kid was suddenly just a shadow. Memories.
There are some things in this game however, that will never blur out, particulary the community. When I joined this place, all I wanted was fame like the Friendly Necromancer. But others convinced me that that wasn't all of it, that there was more to it than fame and regognition. Which really helped, I think.
The Wizard101 community has helped me in so many ways, it's unbelieveable. I've made so many friends, so many aquanticances through Skype and Twitter... and that's one thing that I'll never forget.
I'll keep in touch with all of you, trust me.
I don't regret my descision in doing this, because... well, I've grown up some in life, gotten a better view of everything... and I know that even though I'll miss you guys, I'll always be right here.
So really, what are you loosing here?

Contact me:
Skype: rosemjohnston (JUST LIKE THAT.)
Twitter:  RoseMarie_J (LIKE THAT, TOO)
Tumblr: http://fluffehteddybears.tumblr.com/ (I'll explain how that name spawned later. It's quite a odd story.)
So, signing off for now and later,

March 25th | Goodbye

On March 24th, it will be my 3rd year in the wizarding world of Wizard101.
On March 25th, it will be my last day in the wizarding world of Wizard101.
Yes, after much thinking and many days, I've finally decided.
Leaving Wizard101--it's not provoked by anything, no. It's just that I simply am bored with the game. Everything flys by, and it doesn't seem interesting anymore to play.
I am not leaving this for Fiesta, though I do enjoy Fiesta a bit more than Wizard101 at the moment.
Anyways... just a fair heads-up. Don't worry; I'll keep this blog up in HiaG-style (archive) for you all. :)
So.. yup. March 25th, that will be the last post and where I reveal my actual places you can still contact me.
It's been really great in the community. I've met and learned so much from so many nice people, and it does hurt to leave so that is why I'll keep my Skype (but not Wizard101 Twitter) up for all.
Thanks! Continue on with your day!

Can't say IRL isn't getting the way.

Okay, crap to this.
Both school and IRL keep me from posting right now. Particulary with my one disorder and everything else in my life.
....Long story short, I'm turning into a teenager girl. WAHHHHH!!
On the other hand, I've been working on various things such as stories...

But don't worry, I haven't abandon you all-- just been stopping in and out.
Hugs,

Amber Rosepetal: Savior of the Spiral

"Professor Falmela... I'm sorry! I didn't mean to let my phoenix go like that and I mean, it just didn't want to be controlled and oh my heckhounds I'm so sorry!", apologized Amber. She was standing in the middle of the fire school next to her professor, sobbing because she'd nearly burnt down the schoolhouse.

"That's alright! It happens every few semesters! Just get the Art of Fire book for me from Firecat Alley and we can fix it in a wave~!" Professor Falmela grinned, her hair sparking. "This place needs remodeled, anyways."

"Thank you... I'll be back soon! I promise!" Amber said, running out the door with her unicorn, Isabella, trailing behind.

Amber Rosepetal, a blond purple-eyed adept pyromancer was a cheery, shy, and witty young girl. She hadn't had any parents that she could remember, but that was okay. After being taken in by the pink-haired Amy Goldblood, there was seemingly nothing abnormal about her childhood.

Amber had grown up in Wizard City in their own little castle. It was nothing special, just a yard and a swimming hole, then a bedroom and everything-room and a small office. But to Amber, the dragon scale walls felt like home.

"Amber!" Amy shouted to the running girl from the stoop of the spiral door. You see, everything had advanced since Ambrose allowed Professor Balestrom to let his experiments and weirdo inventions to run loose. The results? Spiral door stoops and people riding on animals.

It was rather disturbing, almost being trampled by a floating turtle sometimes.

"Yes, Amy? I've got to get something for Falmela!" Amber paused, hugging Amy. There was something off about her posture. It was stiff and business-like. Very unlike Amy.

"Amber... there's been a call from Celestia... we have to go." Amy sighed, looking Amber straight in the face.

"WHAT? But what about my school? Questing? My friends...?!" Amber shrieked, knowing that she was being selfish but still!

"It's not your choice, okay? It's not mine either! It's just... Amber, it's not just that Celestia needs us. It's that Wizard City's going to be attacked soon again. Sure, Malistare is a ghost now, but... honey, I need to tell you about Morganthe on the way. Start packing, please... I'm sorry." Amy then teleported to her own room, and Amber heard a sob and the door slam.

Sighing, Amber went to her own room and reluctantly began packing her things in her steamer trunk. Her robes, hats, wands, spellcards (one had a tear in it), trophies, boots, and anything else that could fit went in there. She also took a few books: The Art of Fire, All About Celestia, and The Wizarding Guide to the Spiral.

With another sigh, she closed the lid of the trunk and grabbed the small box off her dresser, the only thing she refused to part with. When Amy and her had gone to Earth, they'd gotten this and filled it with a type of decorative clothes called jewelry. She's also put all her money in there, which had thankfully with the newest technology been created into crisp pieces of paper that amounted to 100gp, 1,000gp, after 10,000gp there were smaller increments of 15,000gp and so on. She currently had two 15,000gp papers and one 1,000gp paper, amounting to 31,000gp. It wasn't much, but it'd get her by until Celestia on the spiral train.

"Are you ready, or are you going to keep counting your papers?" Amy said from the doorway coolly.

"Yes, I'm ready. Let's get going... don't want to miss the train..." Amber mumbled, picking up the trunk by it's handle and taking one last sweeping glance at her room. It was pretty bare.

With a small yelp, they both teleported to Digmoore Station, boarded the train, and were off.

Happy Doomsyear!

Happy Doomsyear, all! Let's hope we don't die!
Ehehehe.... when all the people are scratching their heads thinking 'why didn't the world end? D:', I'll be laughing. So hard.
Anyways, in news, the blog kktheme won't be fixed for a bit-- you see, my hard drive on my old computer decided to crash in the middle of patching Rift... and, well, we all know what happens next.

BLOGGER. WHY YOU BE STUPID AND MAKE ME GO IN THE MIDDLE?

Oh well, I'm too lazy to fix it. *goes and makes the rest of the post aligned to the middle*
Hey! Star Wars is on!
Pfft---curse my short attention span lately.
Anyways, last night I went to a grandmaster-and-only style party, hoested by... uhm...
Kymma Hawkrider!
Yay!
I added her and her husband, and from what I can tell they're very nice people. Now to see if we can get one of them blogging, or tweeting? It'd be a great thing...
Anyways, halfway through I had dinner and fireworks and stuff. There was so much fog last night! Have you ever been lost in it? I have now! Firework smoke + smoke bombs + fog = BAD COMBINATION (yet, so epic with the moon shining down... )
My brother and I thankfully didn't get burned. I'm happy about that!
However, this was the last year where we're going to set off fireworks like this.. my brother is almost of age, and if he gets caught with the quite a few of *cough* mortars *cough* then he CAN get arrested now.
Though... coined by Wolf...
"It's legal 'till you get caught."
Brownie points x200 for him.
Ooh! My mom's baking Coconut Cream pie!
.....
Anyways, here's some photos shot by my friend Elijah:
Clapping in an empty space.

IT LASTED AN HOUR LONG O_O
